Policies and Procedures

Schedule:  The class schedule is posted on my website, FrameSense.com.  All classes are conducted on a four- week schedule.  All sessions begin the first week of the calendar month.  Currently, all adult classes are $48.00 per session.

Payment:  Payment must now be received one week in advance of the first night of a new session.  If an advanced student wishes to, they may attend classes on a drop in basis at a rate of $15.00 per class (please call first, 508-278-2768, to ensure there is space for you). 

Missed classes:  If a student is unable to attend their class they are encouraged to take a make up class with any of the other classes currently running (see website for days and times).  If these class times are not convenient for a make-up than I will try to work one on one with a student 15 minutes before class starts.  Often, if a beginning student is unable to attend the first week of a new session I am able to take the time to bring their project up to speed for them.  Should they choose to exercise this option the class fee remains at $48.00.

Private/Semi-Private lessons:  If a student wishes to put additional time into a painting I am available to teach privately at a rate of $35.00 per hour for a private lesson or $25.00 per hour for semi-private lessons. 

Cancellations and Announcements:  My policy is to cancel classes if Uxbridge Public Schools has chosen to close due to inclement weather.
